About order
Your order will be confirmed in 24 hours, we will give you 12 hours to decide if you need to cancel your order.
You can cancel your order by contact us:support@dglowgaming.com(with your order number), if your order hasn’t been confirmed you can cancel your order and get your money back. We suggest you cancel your order in 12 hours after you purchased if you don’t want buy for now.
About shipping
In 48 hours.
It depends on your area, all packages will be sent from China. Package usually arrives within 10 days for Asian countries, 15 days for Europe, 15 days for North America, 10 days for Australia. Some countries may be slower due to the courier, please be patient and you can check your package’s status through the tracking function in the order.
