Order Confirmation

After you have purchased a product from our website, you will have 12 hours to change your order information or cancel your order. If your order is placed more than 12 hours ago, we will confirm your order by default and the order will be locked. If you would like to change your order information after 12 hours, please contact support@dglowgaming.com(with your order number). If your item has already been shipped it cannot be changed.

About Shipping

Usually your order will be processed within 12-24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Sunday(China time) will be delayed until Monday. If we are about to go on vacation(like Spring Festival) or are on vacation, we will make an announcement on our website(top of our website) in advance, so please keep an eye out for it. We will process orders as soon as the vacation is over. All items are shipped from China. Different areas of the courier takes different time, please be patient. If you have any problems with your items please contact your local courier company or you can contact us support@dglowgaming.com.

VAT(Value Added Tax)
